Michael Haghighat moderated a panel discussion entitled Intellectual Property Valuation Overview and Recent Legal Developments, A Panel Discussion” at the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Advanced Business Valuation Conference on October 10th. The ASA was the first valuation professional organization to offer a multi-day conference focused on the information needs of business appraisers. The conference has been offered annually since the early 1980s.

The panel included senior patent attorneys and other professionals with deep insights on intellectual property matters. The panelists included:
