Managing Directors and Directors
Michael Haghighat, ASA is the Founder and Managing Director of Globalview Advisors LLC. With nearly 25 years of financial valuation and advisory experience, Mr. Haghighat has rendered numerous valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and debt and equity instruments for financial and SEC reporting, corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate tax planning, litigation support, and restructuring and bankruptcies. Prior to establishing Globalview Advisors, Mr. Haghighat was the Vice President and Managing Principal of the financial valuation group of American Appraisal Associates, Inc. in Southern California where he re-established the firm’s presence in 1996. He was a Partner and the Western Region Managing Director of the Financial Valuation Services Group of the accounting and consulting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP, and a Manager with the Valuation Services Group of the CPA firm, Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Haghighat received his MBA from Northrop University in California and his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in Pennsylvania. Mr. Haghighat is an accredited senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in the business valuation discipline.
Thomas Musante is a Managing Director of Globalview Advisors LLC. Mr. Musante has over 30 years of experience in building strong relationships with corporate clients, including nearly 15 years in the valuation industry assisting clients with their valuation needs and requirements. He has served major corporate clients and is responsible for business development and in charge of overall account management in the performance of business enterprise, capital stock, and intangible asset valuations for various purposes, including allocations of purchase price, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, fairness and solvency opinions, fresh start accounting, goodwill impairment, litigation, and financial and tax reporting. Mr. Musante was previously associated with American Appraisal Associates and Marshall & Stevens where he was responsible for business development and establishing client relationships. His professional background also includes two decades of experience as an investment broker with Grubb & Ellis Co., as well as several years with IBM in data processing sales. Mr. Musante received his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA in History from Santa Clara University in California.
Sarpel Ustunel, CFA, ASA is Director of Globalview Advisors Ltd., the U.K. subsidiary of Globalview Advisors LLC. Mr. Ustunel has completed valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including financial and tax reporting, corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support, as well as writing fairness and solvency opinions for numerous transactions. With over 11 years of experience in the valuation field, he has served companies in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, the U.K., and the U.S. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Mr. Ustunel held the position of Senior Manager with American Appraisal (U.K.) Ltd. Prior to joining the U.K. operations, he served as an Engagement Director at the Southern California operations of American Appraisal Associates. His career in valuation started in 1996 as a Financial Analyst at Sanli, Pastore and Hill. Mr. Ustunel received his MBA in Finance from California State University and earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Bosporus in Turkey. Mr. Ustunel is an accredited senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers in the business valuation discipline. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Christopher LaDue is Director of Globalview Advisors’ Boston office. Mr. LaDue has performed valuations of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including financial and tax reporting, corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate tax planning, and litigation support. He has prepared fairness and solvency opinions, conducted financial due diligence for certain leveraged buyout transactions, and has advised early stage companies on business plan preparation and private placement funding initiatives. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Mr. LaDue held managerial and associate level positions with Ernst & Young LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, and Coopers & Lybrand LLP’s Corporate Finance practice where he specialized in valuations and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. LaDue received his MBA, with honors, from Boston University and his BS in Business Administration, with honors, from Southern New Hampshire University. He is pursuing the designations of Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.

Barry Holzman, CFA is a Senior Vice President with Globalview Advisors LLC in Irvine. Mr. Holzman has completed valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including financial and tax reporting, corporate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, and restructurings. He has also rendered fairness and solvency opinions for various transactions. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors in 2002, Mr. Holzman was employed with American Appraisal Associates, Inc. where he served as an Engagement Director for the Southern California Financial Valuation Services Group. In addition, he was a Financial Analyst with both Sanli, Pastore and Hill and Hughes Electronics. Mr. Holzman received an MBA in Finance, as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Holzman is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is pursuing the designations of Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers, and has completed courses BV 201 through BV 204.
Laura Morrison, CFA, ASA is a Senior Vice President with Globalview Advisors LLC in Irvine. Ms. Morrison has conducted a variety of engagements including business enterprise valuations, various debt and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, transfer pricing studies, ESOPs, estate planning engagements, and litigation support. She has experience in a variety of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, communications, technology, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and general investment, and professional services. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors in 2002, Ms. Morrison was a Senior Valuation Consultant in the Financial Valuation Services Group of American Appraisal Associates, Inc. in both the Dallas, Texas, and Southern California offices. She was also employed at Houlihan Valuation Advisors for two years, where she conducted engagements including business enterprise valuations, ESOPs, estate and tax planning, and litigation support. Ms. Morrison received her BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. She is an accredited senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Reza Sardjono, CFA is a Senior Vice President with Globalview Advisors LLC in Irvine. Mr. Sardjono’s valuation experience encompasses valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, and equity instruments for various purposes including allocations of purchase price, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, fresh start accounting, goodwill impairment, and financial and tax reporting. Mr. Sardjono has served clients in various industries including computer software, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, real estate development, semiconductor, and telecommunications equipment and services. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors in 2003, he was employed with Valuation and Venture Consulting, where he performed valuation analyses in connection with both publicly traded and privately held companies. Previously, Mr. Sardjono was employed with Investor’s Business Daily and Amwell Financial Group where he provided various analyses for management and client services. Mr. Sardjono received his MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine and his BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Mr. Sardjono is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Senior Valuation Consultants
Mark Sadauski is a Senior Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors LLC in Irvine. Previously, Mr. Sadauski was employed with Oakley as a Senior Financial Analyst where he was responsible for the consolidation of global quarterly forecasts and the annual operating plan. Additionally, he was responsible for constructing financial models, valuing employee stock options, and conducting business enterprise valuations of potential acquisition targets. Mr. Sadauski was also employed with RSM EquiCo where he provided various market research analyses and business valuation services to a wide array of clients. Mr. Sadauski received his MBA in Finance and Investment Management from Pennsylvania State University and his BS in Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Diego.
M. Cristina Espiritu, JD is a Senior Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors LLC in Irvine. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Ms. Espiritu was a Financial Analyst at Sanli, Pastore & Hill. She has prepared financial and valuation reports for purposes such as purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment analysis, estate and gift tax planning, goodwill loss, eminent domain, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, lost profit calculations, and economic damages analysis for litigation. Ms. Espiritu has served clients in various industries including manufacturing, communications, consumer products, professional services, real estate, technology, and energy. In addition, she has worked in a variety of legal-related positions for the federal and state governments, non-profit organizations, and private law firms. Ms. Espiritu received both her JD and MBA from Pennsylvania State University and her BA in Psychology with a specialization in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles.
John Franson, CFA is a Senior Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors LLC in Boston. Mr. Franson’s valuation experience includes valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, and equity instruments for various purposes including business combinations, goodwill impairment, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, litigation support, and financial and tax reporting. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Mr. Franson worked as an independent consultant assisting CFOs with acquisition and divestiture projects, managing capitalization models, assessing business activity, communicating between all stakeholders, and customizing financial presentations. He was also employed with KPMG Valuation Services where he performed valuations in connection with both publicly traded and privately held companies, and with KPMG Consulting's Federal Service practice where he conducted cost-benefit analyses, activity-based costing studies, and business process analyses for multiple federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Census Bureau, and the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Franson received his MS in Finance from Boston College and his BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. He has successfully completed the business valuation curriculum of the American Society of Appraisers, as well as the national exam on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Mr. Franson is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Valuation Consultants
Subbu Murugesan is a Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors Ltd in London. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Mr. Murugesan completed internships at Motorola, AMD, and Bear Stearns Investment Bank. Mr. Murugesan received an MSc in Finance and Management from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. He received his BEng, with Honors, in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore with a specialization in Wireless Communications. Mr. Murugesan is a candidate for Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Tanja Marelja is a Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors Ltd in London. Ms. Marelja focuses on intangible asset valuations in connection with financial reporting requirements, and has served companies in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Marelja attended City University in London where she received both her MSc in International Business Economics, with Merit, and her BSc, with Honours, in Economics.
Kirill Anurov is a Valuation Consultant with Globalview Advisors Ltd in London. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors in 2007, Mr. Anurov worked in the media and government relations industry, and spent two years in New Delhi, India, as a journalist. Mr. Anurov received his MSc in Finance and Management from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. He also received a First Class BA in International Relations and Journalism from Moscow State University of International Relations. He has passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst curriculum.
Associates
Michael Harmer is a Business Development Specialist with Globalview Advisors Ltd in London. Prior to joining Globalview Advisors, Mr. Harmer spent nine years in financial marketing with the Times and the Financial Times. He later joined Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) as Head of Public Relations and Communications for the U.K. and worked with the bank’s international division. From BNP, Mr. Harmer became an Assistant Director and Head of Corporate Communications at Midland Montagu, the investment banking division of Midland Group, responsible for over 30 business areas geared to the needs of the bank’s major clients. He worked for six years in a similar role for a large stockbroker and finance house. Mr. Harmer also had five years with National Business Angels Network and its sister company, Corporate Venturing U.K., helping smaller companies to find investors and joint venture partners. He has extensive experience in London in the areas of business development, marketing, and corporate communications, from the major corporate sector to private investment. Mr. Harmer received degrees in Modern Languages and Management from the University of Liverpool.
